剛剛有幾位Shopify獨立站賣家微信找我說自己的Shopify賬戶無法登陸了。排查了一遍之后，發現他們的網站有一個共同的特征 - 賣口罩了。有的打廣告出單了，有的只是上架了產品，但是沒有銷售。我聯系了Shopify的英文客服問了下，客服的回復很簡單直接

如果你的口罩價格是疫情之前正常的價格，那沒有問題，否則就是價格欺詐，價格欺詐是違反了Shopify的AUP（Acceptable Use Policy）的。

目前Shopify針對“口罩價格欺詐”的賣家采取的行動，可能是先通過郵件發送提醒，或者先臨時暫停掉你的Shopify賬戶。因此對于賣口罩或者測溫計等等產品，尚未封號的賣家來說，應該盡快修改口罩類產品價格，或者下架口罩類產品。

已經封號的賣家，請再三查收你的郵箱，包括垃圾箱里面是否有Shopify官方發送的郵件標題為“Urgent: Temporary Account Suspension”類的郵件。并按照郵件內容的指示修改產品信息，然后回復郵件提交申訴。

沒有收到郵件的再等等，或者直接聯系Shopify英文客服處理。

• WaimaoB2C:  Thank you, can you tell me how to reopen their store? they want to login store and delete the products or change the prices

• Shopify Support:  They need to respond to the email they received from our Risk Operations team.

• WaimaoB2C:  I asked them to check email from Shopify, but they didn’t receive it, even in the spam

• Shopify Support:  It will come shortly The subject is Urgent: Temporary Account Suspension

• WaimaoB2C:  Ok, Thank you for your kindly help
